SLP (C) No. 15823/2023 1 OF 2  Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the sum of Rs.15,48,70,890/- was withdrawn. It is also submitted that the respondent undertakes to deposit the said amount.

The cavetor – respondent shall deposit the said amount with the Executing Court within 07 days. Compliance affidavit in this regard be filed within two weeks.

The Executing Court is directed to ensure that the said amount is kept in an interest bearing fixed deposit till further orders.

List the matter after four weeks.
