Section 19(1) in Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University Act, 2014
(1)The authorities may make sub-regulations consistent with this Act and regulations for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)laying down, the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and(b)providing for all matters which by this Act and regulations are to be specified.
