Section 1 in The Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2013.(2)It extends to whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)It shall come into force in any area on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of the Act.
