Section 131 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
131. Power to inspect business premises.
- Any officer of the Motor Vehicles Department, of and above the rank of an Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspector, or any other person authorised in this behalf by the State Government may, enter at all reasonable time any premises used by the permit holder for his business, for the purpose of inspection of such premises.
