Section 25(1) in Orissa Superior Judicial Service and Orissa Judicial Service Rules, 2007
(1)A sitting Judge of the High Court being nominated by the Chief Justice shall represent the High Court and be present at the interview referred to in Rule 24 alongwith the Chairman and another member of the Commission.
