Section 11 in The Bihar Prohibition Act, 1938

11. Prohibition of import, export, transport, sale, etc., of talras.

- Whoever-

(a)imports, exports, transports or possesses talras,

(b)bottles of talras for sale,

(c)sells or buys talras, or

(d)consumes talrus except at a place specified in a permit granted for the sale of talras under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 31.
