170. Registration of the co-operative farm of uneconomic holdings.
(1)The Deputy Commissioner shall cause a copy of the order passed under section 168 or 169 directing that a co- operative farm be established to be forwarded to the Registrar, who may thereupon register the farm under the Bombay Co- operative Societies Act, 1925, as extended to the State, and if he agrees to do so, shall grant a certificate of registration.(2)The Registrar shall cause a copy of the certificate to be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner for such action as may be prescribed.
