464. Cancellation of the existing Rules and certificates thereunder.
- All existing Rules relating to matters which are provided for in these Rules (in section B of Chapter XXIV) are hereby cancelled, and certificates issued under the Rules so cancelled shall be deemed to have been issued under these Rules and shall remain effective till the end of the current year:Provided that at the time of renewal of the certificates all pleaders will be classified as pleaders of the first or second grade according to these Rules on a reference to the High Court.
