Section 15(1)(ii) in The Orissa Circuit Houses and Inspection Bungalows Rules, 1985

(ii)to provide accommodation to the important entitled persons enjoying higher priority in the matter of reservation of accommodation in the Circuit House/Bungalow when such cancellation can be intimated to the officers concerned reasonably in time; or
