Section 3(17)(i) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961

(i)The State Government may delegate to the Board or its [Chairman or Secretary] [Substituted for the word 'Chairman' by Punjab Act 40 of 1963, section 3.] any of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act ; and
