Section 116(1) in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Rules, 1955
(1)When the claim of an applicant for compensation has been settled wholly or in part, there shall be issued to him a certificate of payment of compensation in the form specified in Appendix XXIX on his furnishing a receipt in the form specified in Appendix XXX.
