217O. Chapter to override other laws.
(1)The provisions of this Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in this Act or any other law, custom, usage or contract.(2)Save as otherwise provided in sub-section (1), the provisions of this Chapter shall, be in addition to, and not in derogation of, any other provisions of this Act.
