Section 54F(1) in The Punjab Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964
(1)An appeal from every original order of assessment of royalty under these rules shall lie :-(a)If the order is made by an Assessing Authority, to the State Geologist;(b)If the order is made by the State Geologist to the Director; and(c)If the order is made by the Director, to the Government;
