Section 104(2) in The Ajmer Tenancy and Land Records Act, 1950
(2)Such application shall be made --(a)if the unauthorised occupation has existed from a date prior to the commencement of this Act ;(b)in any other case, within three years from the date when the unauthorised occupation first began.
