Section 123(vi) in Tamil Nadu Educational Inspection Code
(vi)In case where the defects include serious irregularities of fraud so as to justify in the officer's opinion, decreases in grant larger than those ordinarily prescribed or, the withdrawal of recognition, or action against the management or individual teachers under the Tamil Nadu Educational Rules or the Rules relating to Elementary Schools, a special report should be submitted separately along with annual inspection to the District Educational Officer.
