Section 17(1) in Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management Act, 2012
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: -(i)the Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board;(iii)one Director or Dean, by rotation, to be nominated by the Director General;(iv)the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department, ex-officio or his representative;(v)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board;
