MR. SPEAKER: I am very sorry to say that the House is being held to ransom by some hon. Members who have been elected to the House to perform as responsible Members. It is extremely painful and sad that the country’s image is being spoiled for the sake of partisan political interests. I am appealing to all sections of the House to please cooperate. I would give you full opportunity to take part in the debate. I have allowed any issue permissible under the rules to be raised earlier and I shall allow it to be raised in future also.
