Section 11 in Rajasthan private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2006
11. Verification of conditions of License and review of licence.
(1)The Controlling Authority either by itself or through its officers may verify the training and skills imparted to the private guards and supervisors of any private security agency.(2)The Controlling Authority may review the continuation or otherwise of licence of such security agencies which may not have adhered to the conditions of ensuring the required training.
