2. How many Directors, have been appointed on the Board of NDDB-DS, as per its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
3. Details of funds granted by NDDB to NDDB-DS.
4. And other related information.
Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information.
Submissions made by Appellant and Respondent during Hearing:
The appellant was not present to plead his case despite duly served hearing notice on 17.09.2019 vide speed post acknowledgement no ED75607554IN.
The respondent informed that all the information sought was provided vide their reply dated 20.11.2017 .
Observations:
Since the respondent authority had provided a complete reply, in the absence of the appellant it was not possible to figure out what exactly the appellant was dissatisfied about.
Decision:
In view of the above observations no intervention is required in the matter and no further action lies.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
