(2)The constitution of the Academic Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes :[Provided that the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be the ex-officio member of the Academic Council.] [Inserted by Haryana Act 4 of 1992.]
