(1)Any person who desires to be registered provisionally under section 25 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Central Act 102 of 1956), shall apply to the Registrar in Form 14 which will be supplied by the Registrar on request.(2)The certificate of provisional registration shall be in Form 9 and shall be printed on paper of a colour different from the paper on which the certificate of registration under rule 57 is printed.(3)This provisional registration shall entitle the person in management of patients at Government Hospital or allied institutions only with a view to obtain his degree after completion of his internship. The aforesaid certificate shall not entitle him to practice at any other institute or in private.
