(1)Temporary bar licences for theatres, cinemas, race meets, social gatherings and other places of amusement may be granted on payment of a fee of Rs. 5 per diem up to 11 p.m. After 11 p.m. and up to 1 a.m. the fee shall be Rs. 10 per diem. Such fee shall be payable in advance.
