17. Repeal and saving.
(1)The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited and the North-Eastern Electric Power Corporation limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Power Transmission Systems) Ordinance, 1993 (Ord. 10 of 1993) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.THE SCHEDULE[See section 2 (e) and (g)]NAMES OF COMPANIES
