- For the purposes of paragraph 828, the Medical Officer shall -(a)Ordinarily examine the food daily and when defective in quantity, make a note of the fact in his journal, and(b)at uncertain times and atleast once a week when the food is cooked and ready for issue and occasionally after distribution to the prisoners, cause such food to be weighed in his presence and note the result in his journal.
