Section 109(3) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules, 2009
(3)Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2), in the case of any building referred to in rule 84.(a)an independent bathroom shall have a floor area of 1.45 sq. m.,(b)a combined bathroom and water closet shall have a floor area of 2.4 sq.m., with a minimum width of 1.1m.
