Section 25(2) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(2)The report [and the annual accounts] [Words inserted by W.B. Act 7 of 2002.] shall be forwarded to the State Government within one month of its presentation at the annual meeting of the [Council] [Word 'Vidyalaya' first substituted for the words 'Governing Body' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then the word within third brackets substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] with such comments thereon as the [Council] [Word 'Vidyalaya' first substituted for the words 'Governing Body' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then the word within third brackets substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] may think fit to make.
