Section 3(1) in West Bengal Ground Water Resources (Management, Control and Regulation) Act, 2005
(1)The State Government shall, by notification, establish, with effect from State level such date as may be specified in the notification, an authority at the State level to authority be known as the West Bengal State Level Ground Water Resources Development Authority.
