State of Karnataka - Subsection

Section 7(1) in The Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899

(1)In [any Mysore Act or Karnataka Act] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973] made after the commencement of this Act, it shall be necessary, for the purpose of reviving, either wholly or partially, any enactment wholly or partially repealed, expressly to state that purpose.
