Section 2(42) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(42)"food" means every article (other than drugs) and water used by human being for purposes of eating or drinking, any material or substance used or admixed in the composition, preparation, flavouring or colouring of such article and all confectionery spices and condiments;
