Section 12(4) in Maharashtra Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayuktas Act, 1971
(4)The competent authority shall examine the report forwarded to it under sub-section (3) and intimate within three months of the date of receipt of the report, the Lokayukta as the case may be, the Upa-Lokayukta, the action taken or proposed to be taken on the basis of the report.
