Section 3(i) in Tamil Nadu Payment of Subsistence Allowance Rules, 1981
(i)The subsistence allowance shall be paid either in person or by postal money order. If subsistence allowance is sent by postal money order, the cost of postal commission of the money order shall be borne by the employer;
