Section 4(2) in THE UTTAR PRADESH SHREE CHITRAKOOT DHAAM TEERTH VIKAS PARISHAD ACT, 2021

(2)There shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Parishad to be appointed by the State Government from amongst the officers not below the rank of Special Secretary of the State Government.
