Section 18(1) in Bihar Employees Insurance Courts Rules, 1952
(1)Where on receiving an application it appears to the Court that it should be presented to another Court, it shall return it to the applicant after endorsing upon it the dates of the presentation and return, the reason for returning it and the name of the Court to which it should be presented.
