Section 5(2) in The Anugraha Narayan Sinha Institute of Social Studies Act, 1964
(2)[ The term of office of members nominated under clauses (a), (c), (d), (e), (g) and (h) of sub-section (1) shall be for a period of two years from the date of notification and shall be eligible for re-nomination for another term of two years only.] [Substituted by Act 6 of 1989.](b)and (c) of sub-section (1) shall hold office for a term of two years from the date of nomination and shall be eligible to be nominated for another such term.
