Section 3(d) in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018
(d)There shall be adequate transport facility to reach the location of the college. If the public transport system is inadequate to reach the location of the college, the Management of the private Law College shall make necessary arrangement for the transportation of students.
