Section 41(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette and subject to such conditions and restrictions, if any, as may be specified therein, exempt in whole or in part, any agricultural produce brought for sale or bought or sold in the market area, specified in such notification, from the payment of market fee for such period as may be specified therein.
