Section 33(e) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(e)exercise supervision and control over the Vikas Adhikari [and Block Elementary Education officer] [Inserted by Section 27 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2000 published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part IV-A dated 3.5.2000 with immediate effect.] for securing implementation of such resolutions or decisions of the Panchayat Samiti or of the Standing Committees thereof as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any general or specific directions issued under this Act;
