Section 7(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Cinematograph Act, 1989
(1)[The Government may] [Substituted by Act X of 1996 for 'the Prime Minister may with the sanction of His Highness the Maharaja Bahadur'.] make rules for the purpose of the carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
