Section 53(3) in The U.P. Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1986
(3)On receipt of the Excise Authorisation, the Collector shall issue export pass in Form NDE appended to these rules in quadruplicate. One copy of the pass shall be handed over to the applicant to accompany his consignment, the second copy shall be forwarded to the Excise Inspector of the circle of export, the third copy shall be sent to the Collector of the district of import and the fourth copy shall be retained for record.
