Section 104 in The Appellate Tribunal for Petroleum and Natural Gas (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2009

104. Placing of orders of the Supreme Court before Appellate Tribunal.

(1)Whenever an interim or final order passed by the Supreme Court of India in an appeal or other proceeding preferred against a decision of the Appellate Tribunal is received, the same shall forthwith be placed before the Chairperson and Members for information and kept in the relevant case file and immediate attention of the Registrar shall be drawn to the directions requiring compliance.
(2)Registrar to ensure compliance of orders of the Supreme Court. - It shall be the duty of the Registrar to take expeditious steps to comply with the directions of the Supreme Court.Chapter - XVII Miscellaneous
