Section 14E(1)(a) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation Employees Provident Fund Regulations, 1958

(a)The advance shall be granted if a doctor of the hospital certifies that surgical operations, or as the case may be, hospitalisation for one month or more has become necessary.
