Section 15(1) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018
(1)In every Industrial Development Authority certain areas, places, sectors or part thereof may be declared as restriction free vending zone, restricted vending zone and no vending zone by the Industrial Development Authority on the recommendation of the Town Vending Committee.
