Section 1 in Telangana State District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Amendment Rules, 2018
1. Short title and commencement.
- 1.1 These rules may be called the Telangana State District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Amendment Rules, 2018.1.2They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.In sub-rule (2.3), the words Governing Council and Managing Committee shall be replaced with District Mineral Foundation Committee.The following shall be inserted after sub-rule (2.3):(2.3.1) Any impact of mining or mining related activity in Hyderabad District shall be attended to by the District Mineral Foundations of the adjoining districts.
