Section 262(3) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(3)It shall be lawful for the Council to lease by public auction or private contract the collection of any rent or fees which may be imposed under this section or Section 264:Provided that the lessee shall give security for the due fulfillment of the conditions of the lease.
