Section 37(5) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(5)No business shall be transacted at a meeting of the sub-committee unless at least three members including Chairperson of the sub-committee are present, which shall include the members representing employers and the members representing building workers.
