Section 92 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 1999
92. The Commission on its own on being satisfied that there is need to review the tariff of any utility shall initiate the process of revision in accordance with the procedure as may be prescribed. The proceedings for suo motu review of the tariff shall be the same as set out in Chapter II of these regulations.
