Section 11(14) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(14)It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to ensure that the proceedings of the University are carried on in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances, the Regulations and the Rules made thereunder and to reportto the Chancellor every proceedings which is not in conformity with such provisions.
