Section 28(1) in Uttar Pradesh Dacoity Affected Areas Act, 1983
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government for anything done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
