60. [ Interest on defaulted instalments. [Substituted by Act 35 of 1969.]
- lithe second or any subsequent instalment of the purchase price is not deposited on the due date, the amount of such instalment shall bear interest at the rate of 41/2 per cent per annum from that dare till the date of deposit of that instalment.]
