Section 216(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)Where an order is made for the examination of any person or persons, the examination shall be held before the Member, the Member may direct that the whole or any part of the examination of any such person or persons, be held before any of the officers as may be mentioned in the order and where the date of the examination has not been fixed by the order, the Liquidator shall take an appointment from the Member, or officer before whom the examination is to be held as to the date of the examination.
